1. Safety & Conduct

  • Drunk or intoxicated persons are strictly not allowed on board.

  • The captain or crew reserves the right to deny boarding to any guest whose behavior may risk safety.

  • All passengers must follow the instructions of the captain and crew at all times.

  • Any form of aggressive, abusive, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate termination of the trip without refund.

2. Alcohol, Drugs & Prohibited Items

  • Consumption or possession of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.

  • Alcohol is not permitted unless explicitly approved in writing by the boat operator.

  • Weapons, fireworks, or hazardous materials are not allowed on board.

3. Passenger Limit

  • The number of passengers must not exceed the maximum capacity of the boat.

  • Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

4. Booking, Payment & Confirmation

  • Submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability.

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after official confirmation and payment (if applicable).

  • Rates may vary on public holidays, special events, or peak seasons.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of confirmation.

  • No refund will be provided for late arrival, no-show, or early trip termination caused by customer behavior.

6. Weather & Force Majeure

  • Trips are subject to weather and safety conditions.

  • The operator reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the trip due to unsafe weather, mechanical issues, or government restrictions.

7. Damage & Liability

  • The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the boat or equipment by themselves or their guests.

  • The boat operator is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

8. Time & Late Arrival

  • Customers are requested to arrive at least 30 minutes before departure time.

  • Late arrival may result in reduced trip time or cancellation without refund.

9. Photography & Media

  • Photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes unless the customer informs otherwise in advance.

10. Agreement

  • By proceeding with the booking request, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
